Michael Caine has from a very young age had a fascination with cars and motor sport.
He attended from 1979-1984 Comberton Village College, where he carried out his schooling. From there he progressed on during 1984-1987 Cambridge College of Arts & Technology where he carried out national diploma in business studies.
By this time Michael had an interest in cars, and got his first job in the motor trade from 1987-1993, as a car sales executive at Gilbert Rice Ford in Cambridge.
From 1993-2000, Michael moved to Vardy Continental Mercedes in Cambridge, starting out as a car car sales executive, then progressed to business manager and then to sales manager.
From 2000-2006 Michael got his first professional drive in motor sport as works driver for TVR motor sport, competing around the world for TVR, the Blackpool sports car manufacturer.
Michael progressed well during these years as a professional racing driver, and still having an interest in selling cars he became Self Employed as Michael Caine MotorSport during 2000, developing the two careers that are so dear to his heart. Vehicle sourcing has become second nature, with the many contacts he has built up over the years.
Michael has always been into sport playing school boy football for Norwich City, and enjoys playing Golf when time allows. Golf is a great way to relax away from the pressures of every day life, but being Michael Caine, has become particularly competitive, now playing off a handicap of 4.
